If your order is sent back to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we’ll automatically issue you a refund once it arrives back at our facility. If you still want the items, simply place a new order and we’ll get it shipped out right away.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The best way to swap an item is to place a new order for what you want and return the original item for a refund (as long as it’s unused and in original condition).

After purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email with your download link titled “Download File” You can also access downloads directly from your order status email or your account located at My Downloads.
On occasion we make select products available for donation through our Giving Program. If this section isn’t visible on the site, that means we currently don’t have donation stock available.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days domestically, with expedited options reaching you sooner. International shipping may take longer due to customs processing.

If it’s more than 7 days past the expected delivery date, please contact us. Packages are insured, but we need timely notice to file a claim and support a solution. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, you’ll need to check with the carrier directly as those cases fall outside our insurance coverage.

Yes. Once downloaded, your PDF can be printed on standard US letter (8.5″ x 11″) paper. If you plan to print professionally, some print shops may ask for permission — just email us for approval for personal use printing.
